Hi all,
After some advise concerning the large washboy.
We Do 200+ M2 floors on regular basis.
There must be a faster way of washing rather than the standard washboy and elbow grease ?
Any suggestions ??

Also taken a look at the stand up washboy, they look much easier than on knees all day.

They're really for very large floor areas Andy.

245m2 of 300x300 9mm thick, is a brain numbing day !
The sponge/Handel looks heavy to use '

I'm 10 minutes from J16, you're more than welcome to borrow it to give it a go if you can be bothered to nip 20 mins up the M6

I'll give you a shout when next big floors starting, would be interesting to see the speed diff on that type.

I use one on large 300x300 floors all the time. After a bit of practice and making sure the grout is mixed to the correct consistency you can get a good quality of finish. They certianly save the knees from some abuse.

Is it a case of grout then just the 1 wash or a quick rough wash then a clean (final) wash ?
Anything to save the old knees !

Same as any wash boy. First wash it to smooth the joints and loosen surface grout. Second wash is to remove the grout from the surface. Depending how good your second wash goes you might need something else after that
