Thanks for the pointers and help. Tiled before but I was younger and fitter last time and I could read a tape measure easier. lol. I did the work last August. Had to use a raised shower as oil feed and condensate are ducted underneath the base.

This is another stone floor i finished on Tuesday, Bastille Limestone slabs..and pics to follow when strummer has finished fitting the kitchen..

I love this, and it looks utterly backbreaking. I don't know how you guys manage - all that weight, and crawling about on your knees, that's so tough! Beautifully flat, wow.
